The Language Technology Centre and its founder, German born Dr. Adriane Rinsche are now featured on the website of ‘Land of Ideas’, the biggest rebranding initiative in German history. ‘Land der Ideen’ is a project by German industry, supported by political leaders to brand Germany as a nation of innovators.
The Language Technology Centre was chosen because of its continued efforts to break down language barriers, enabling commerce world-wide with innovative services and products. Dr. Rinsche was born in Germany and moved to the UK to start her business. She has truly embraced the European idea by trading and collaborating with companies Europe-wide and employing staff from all over the world.
‘We are glad that The Language Technology Centre and its pioneering services and products, facilitating multilingual communication and the management of language- related business, has been recognised in this way. We hope that our industry as a whole can benefit from this exciting development, as well as LTC’, Dr Rinsche said. ‘The language industry’s important work in realizing the European idea and facilitating global commerce needs to be recognised more. At The Language Technology Centre we strive to promote understanding of the work our industry does. We hope that the feature in ‘Land of Ideas’ can be instrumental in this aim.
