In this presentation, Elham Attarpour – LTC Inc.’s Operations Manager – will give tips on how management can design new strategies to improve crucial aspects of their business by reviewing and evaluating current workflows. She will cite real-world examples of how our users have been able to facilitate controlled growth, and discuss ideas on the management of processes, optimization and (partial) automation.
We will also present LTC Worx 1.1, our unique web-based business system for multilingual information management at our booth in the Nikko Ballroom. LTC Worx will take your business to a new level by enabling you to manage your projects more efficiently, keep on top of your finances, and to plan ahead effectively. Version 1.1 of LTC Worx adds a range of new features and enhancements, including a Microsoft Outlook interface and the ability to create multiple workflows.
